Sandra joined St Mary’s as our chair of Trustees, after retiring from her post as the headteacher at St Paul’s School, Brentford. She brings with her an excellent track record in leadership in education.
Jane has previous experience of managing school building projects, working with the design team through to completion. She has great understanding of monitoring teaching and learning and developing the curriculum. She has previously served as a staff governor.
Vicky qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant back in 2007 and has worked as Global Financial Director for a business risk consultancy and most recently a market research based brand consultancy.
She is a resident of Norwood Green and was on the very first pre-opening steering committee for St Mary’s.
Vicky brings with her considerable financial acumen and joins us as our Finance Trustee.
Revd. Dr. Dave Bookless has been Priest-in-Charge of St Mary’s Norwood Green since May 2018. He was a teacher before being ordained and has worked with schools over many years. He is also passionate about environmental issues and, alongside his work at St Mary’s, works as Director of Theology for A Rocha International (www.arocha.org). Dave is married to Anne, who’s also ordained, and they have 4 adult daughters.
After a long career in commerce, Donna has recently retired from her role as Personnel & Payroll Administrator at an Ofsted rated Outstanding Academy converter large High School in Southall.
She has always had a keen interest in education, both formal & extracurricular, and was for over 20 years a GirlGuiding leader at St Mary’s Osterley.
She is looking forward to being involved in the development of the School & its new building project.
Sarah is a parent trustee; she wholeheartedly believes in the mission statement of St Mary’s and is keen to support it through active involvement in the life of the school. Sarah has worked locally as a Health Visitor for over 10 years and is passionate about the health and well being of children and their families. She also works with her local church to develop work of early years provision in Ealing, and is a board member/trustee of a national children’s and youth work charity.
Imran is an engineer who has lived and worked in the local community for over 40 years with two children attending the school. Having put children through the education system before he has an understanding of what parents want and require from their school hence as a parent Trustee sees his role as a critical friend, challenging and supporting the school when required. His aim is to see the children strive to be the best they can be and have the school support their needs.
Timothy brings valuable experience through his work for a Christian University in India and in higher education in England. He has also worked in market research and analysis, he is the director of a charity with responsibility for organising events and coordinating strategy and more recently he has developed expertise in the management, delivery and evaluation of online learning technologies, including Virtual Learning Environments.
